Mr. Thompson is a Member with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and has been associated with the Firm since receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law in 2003. In law school, Mr. Thompson was on the Editorial Board of the University of Memphis Law Review and National Chairman of the National Conference of Law Review.

Mr. Thompson practices in the areas of tort and insurance defense, workers’ compensation, and employment law. Mr. Thompson is a member of the Firm’s Tort and Insurance Practice Group and the Employment Law Practice Group.

He co-authored the Tennessee chapter in DRI's publication "Uninsured Motorist and Underinsured Motorist Coverage:  A Compendium of State Law" (2007 ed.).

Mr. Thompson is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and an Associate Member of the American Inns of Court, Howell Edmunds Jackson Chapter.

Mr. Thompson was admitted to practice in 2003 by the Supreme Court of Tennessee. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Tennessee (Western District).

Certifications of Specialization are available to Tennessee lawyers in all areas of practice relating to or included in the areas of civil trial, criminal trial, business bankruptcy, consumer bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, elder law, and estate planning and family law.
