Mr. Cleek is a Member with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and has been associated with the Firm since receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2004 from the University of Tennessee College of Law. In law school, Mr. Cleek was the senior editor of Tennessee Law Review and received Certificates of Extraordinary Achievement in both Criminal Law and Workers’ Compensation.

Mr. Cleek practices in the areas of medical malpractice defense and general insurance defense. He has significant experience in appellate issues regarding the area of medical malpractice and has been involved in medical malpractice cases pending before both the Tennessee Supreme Court and Tennessee Court of Appeals.  Mr. Cleek is a member of the Firm’s Malpractice Practice Group.

Mr. Cleek is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.

He was admitted to practice in 2004 by the Supreme Court of Tennessee. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Tennessee for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
