Rainey, Kizer was formed in 1975 in Jackson, Tennessee. We have grown significantly over the years and continue to provide legal services of the highest caliber in a broad range of industries and practice areas. Rainey, Kizer is Jackson’s largest law firm, serving clients in and beyond Tennessee from its offices in Memphis, Jackson, Nashville and Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Our diverse practice includes areas of insurance coverage & defense, alternative dispute resolution, banking and creditor relations, education law, employment law, estate planning and elder law, general corporate practice, healthcare and professional liability law, real estate transactions, taxation, workers’ compensation, civil rights defense, and tort litigation. We represent local, state, and national clients before state and federal courts and regulatory agencies throughout the Southeast.
