Robert Binkley Jr.

Mr. Binkley joined Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., joined in 1986 shortly after receiving his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law.   For thirty-five years Mr. Binkley has represented employers and individuals in employment, workers’ compensation, insurance, and tort matters. Mr. Binkley assists and counsels private and public employers in conducting investigations and litigation concerning Title VII, FMLA, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, THRA, and other state and federal employment related laws. In addition, he has extensive experience in personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation and speaks on employment law topics. Mr. Binkley is a member of the Firm’s Employment Law and Tort and Insurance Practice Groups and served as the Firm’s personnel partner from 2012-2019.
