Bradford D. Box is an equity member of the firm.  His practice focuses on litigation and trial practice, with emphasis on the areas of business litigation, personal injury, workers' compensation, insurance coverage, and medical malpractice.

Brad graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee and graduated with honors from the University of Memphis School of Law.  While in law school, he was a member of Law Review and the author of "Petty v. Privette, Exclusion of Attorney Liability in the Area of Estate Administration," 23 MSU Law Review, Spring 1993.  Brad received the Joseph Sheppard Scholarship while in law school.  

Brad has recently been elected to the board of directors for the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.  He has served as conference chair for the DRI Southern Regional Meeting.  Brad was recently admitted in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel which is an organization of experienced attorneys who have achieved professional distinction and are committed to promoting knowledge, fellowship, professionalism, and the course of justice.  Brad is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, the FDCC, the ABA, and the TBA.  Brad is a graduate of National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).

Brad regularly represents national and regional corporations in business litigation and injury litigation.  He represents numerous insurance carriers and their insureds in a wide variety of litigation matters.  The following are cases representative of Brad's practice:  Talley v. State Farm, 223 F. 3d 323; Coln v. City of Savannah, 966 S.W. 2d 34; Anthony v. Holland, 2001 Tenn. App. LEXIS 900; Cotham v. Perry County, 2003 W.L. 1798116.

Brad is active in his church and several charitable organizations.  He and his wife, Angela, have four children, Weston, Jenna, Marshall, and Jondavid.  Brad is an avid marathon runner and a participant in St. Jude Heroes.  He also enjoys snow skiing, water skiing, kayaking, and coaching his children's ball teams.
