Mr. Exum has significant experience in the areas of creditors’ bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, e.g., state law collection and foreclosure, residential and commercial real estate, probate and conservatorships, and commercial litigation. Mr. Exum is a member and the Group Leader of the Firm’s Business Law Practice Group.
Mr. Exum is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association serving as a member of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Tennessee Bar Association. He is also a member of the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute.
Mr. Exum was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Tennessee in 1991. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Tennessee (Western District) and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee.
