Mr. Sanders is an Associate with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and has been associated with the Firm since 2003. Mr. Sanders received his Doctor of Jurisprudence, with high honors, from the University of Tennessee College of Law. In law school, Mr. Sanders was a member of the University of Tennessee National Moot Court team, a member of the University of Tennessee Law Review, and a member of the University of Tennessee Moot Court Board. Mr. Sanders is an adjunct faculty member at Union University where he teaches Medical/Legal Concepts and Medical Ethics.

Mr. Sanders practices in the areas of medical malpractice defense and healthcare law. Mr. Sanders is a member of the Firm’s Malpractice and Healthcare Practice Group.

Mr. Sanders is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and Defense Research Institute. He is a Past-President of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division.

He was admitted to practice in 2002 by the Supreme Court of Tennessee. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District and Eastern District of Tennessee.

Certifications of Specialization are available to Tennessee lawyers in all areas of practice relating to or included in the areas of civil trial, criminal trial, business bankruptcy, consumer bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, elder law, and estate planning and family law.
