Mr. Conder is a Member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and has been associated with the Firm since receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence, with honors, in 1992 from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

Mr. Conder has significant experience in the areas of employment law (representing employers only), personal injury litigation, and federal civil rights litigation.  He also has significant experience in appellate advocacy. Mr. Conder has represented a number of police departments and municipalities in 42 U.S.C. § 1983 litigation. Mr. Conder is a member of the Firm’s Tort and Insurance Practice Group and the Employment Law Practice Group.

Mr. Conder is the author of "Expert Disclosures Under Rule 26," in the July 2004 edition of DRI's For The Defense. He is a contributing author to the Defense Research Institute's," A Young Lawyer's Guide to Defense Practice."  Mr. Conder authored the chapter on Effective Opening Statements.
Mr. Conder is also the author of “Law Enforcement and the Americans with Disabilities Act,” in the June 2007 edition of DRI’s For The Defense and "The Admissibility of Electronically Stored Information" in the September 2008 edition of DRI's For The Defense. 

Mr. Conder is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute. He is also a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s trial advocacy skills program.

He was admitted to practice in 1992 by the Supreme Court of Tennessee. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Tennessee (Western and Middle Districts), the Sixth United States Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
