Ms. Melton is an Associate with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and has been associated with the Firm since receiving her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law in 2004. In law school, Ms. Melton received the Humphrey’s Fellowship Scholarship and served as research assistant for Professor Robert Banks, Jr. Ms. Melton also received the Dean’s Award for Excellence/CALI Award in the Civil Procedure II, Torts II, and Family Law. In addition, Ms. Melton was a member of the Moot Court Board.

Ms. Melton practices in the areas of tort and insurance defense, workers’ compensation defense, and real estate agent/realtor professional liability and E&O defense. Ms. Melton is a member of the Firm’s Tort and Insurance Practice Group.

Ms. Melton is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute. In addition, Ms. Melton is active in the Young Lawyers Section for the Memphis Bar Association.

Ms. Melton was admitted to practice in 2004 by the Supreme Court of Tennessee. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Tennessee (Western District).
