The Firm Announces Three New Partners |
The Firm is pleased to announce that Amanda C. Waddell, Geoffrey A. Lindley, and Craig P. Sanders have been named partners in the Firm. Amanda practices in the Memphis office, and Geoffrey and Craig practice in the Jackson office.
Amanda's practice is concentrated in the areas of medical malpractice, auto liability, and insurance coverage. Prior to joining the Firm, she practiced in Hattiesburg, Mississippi for eight years in mass tort medical device/pharmaceutical defense and medical malpractice before moving to Memphis and joining RKRB. Amanda has extensive experience in state, federal, and multi-district litigation courts, and appellate experience which includes multiple published decisions from the Mississippi Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. She is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Mississippi.
Geoffrey concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law litigation (representing employers only), workers' compensation, and personal injury litigation. His employment practice includes advising employers on issues concerning Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and other laws applicable to employers. Geoffrey has been associated with the Firm since receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2001. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee.
Craig concentrates his civil defense practice in the representation of professionals and the healthcare industry across the State of Tennessee. He has handled medical malpractice cases in Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanoogo, Jackson, and various other cities throughout the State of Tennessee. He maintains a broad spectrum civil practice primarily dedicated to the areas of medical malpractice defense and professional liability defense. His clients include physicians, hospitals, medical clinics, dentists, nurses, and other medical providers. Prior to joining RKRB, Craig practiced law in Knoxville, Tennessee. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee.
