About Bradford D. Box

Bradford Box has extensive experience in civil litigation, including personal injury cases, workers' compensation matters, and issues related to insurance coverage and fraud. He also has experience representing physicians, hospitals, clinics, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in medical malpractice litigation.

He was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Tennessee in 1994 and is also admitted to practice in the United State District Court of Tennessee (Western and Middle Districts) and the Sixth Circuit United States Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Recently, Bradford was elected to the board of directors for the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association. He has served as conference chair for the DRI Southern Regional Meeting. He was recently admitted in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel which is an organization of experienced attorneys who have achieved professional distinction and are committed to promoting knowledge, fellowship, professionalism, and the course of justice.

Bradford is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. He is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s trial advocacy skills program.

Bradford was recently selected by the US Navy for a Distinguished Visitor Embarkation aboard the USS NIMITZ Aircraft Carrier.

Bradford has been associated with the Firm since receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1994 from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of Law Review and the author of "Petty v. Privette, Exclusion of Attorney Liability in the Area of Estate Administration," 23 MSU Law Review, Spring 1993.
