Mr. Jordan is a Member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and has been associated with the Firm for twenty-three years. Mr. Jordan received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1984. In law school, Mr. Jordan served on the University of Memphis Law Review. Mr. Jordan is an adjunct professor of Business Law and Business Ethics at Union University in Jackson, Tennessee.

Mr. Jordan has over fifteen years experience representing employers in the areas of workers’ compensation and employment law. In addition, Mr. Jordan has experience in personal injury litigation, litigating the enforceability of covenants not to compete, and other areas of business law. 

Mr. Jordan is certified by the Supreme Court of Tennessee as a Rule 31 mediator and has significant experience mediating cases involving personal injury, employment law, and contract disputes. Mr. Jordan is a member and the Group Leader of the Firm’s Employment Law Practice Group.

Mr. Jordan is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.

He was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court Tennessee in 1984. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for both the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee.
