Mr. Lindley is an Associate with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C.,
and has been associated with the Firm since receiving his Doctor
of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law
in 2001.
Mr. Lindley concentrates his practice in the areas of
employment law litigation, (representing employers only),
workers' compensation, and personal
injury litigation. His employment practice includes advising
employers on issues concerning Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical
Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair
Labor Standards Act, and other laws applicable to employers. Mr.
Lindley is a member of the Firm’s Tort and Insurance Practice
Group and Employment Law and Civil Rights Practice Group.
Mr. Lindley is a member of the
Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar
Association, and the Defense
Research Institute. Mr. Lindley was also associate editor of the
Tennessee Journal of Business Law.
Mr. Lindley was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Tennessee in 2001. Mr. Lindley is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Tennessee (Western District) and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio.
