Mr. Nelson is an Associate with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and has been associated with the Firm since receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Mississippi School of Law.

Mr. Nelson’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of employment law, general insurance defense, workers’ compensation, and governmental tort liability. He is a member of the Firm’s Tort and Insurance Practice Group and the Employment Law and Civil Rights Practice Group.

Mr. Nelson obtained his Bachelor of Science degree (magna cum laude) from Lambuth University in Jackson, Tennessee, where he served as captain of the Mock Trial Team. Mr. Nelson obtained his law degree (cum laude) from the University of Mississippi School of Law where he served as a member and articles editor of the Mississippi Law Journal. While in law school, Mr. Nelson also clerked for the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Mississippi.

Mr. Nelson is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.
