Mr. Mansfield is a Member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and joined the Firm after receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence, with honors, in 1997 from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he was the recipient of the prestigious Herbert C. Herff Memorial Scholarship and was a member of Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Mansfield received awards for his performance in the course of Professional Responsibility and Secured Transactions.  Since graduating from law school, Mr. Mansfield has successfully completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy's Trial Skills Course. 

Mr. Mansfield practices in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, employment law, and workers' compensation defense. He defends insured persons and entities in cases involving automobile accidents and premises liability. He also represents insurers in connection with coverage issues, including investigation and denial of fraudulent claims, and excluding coverage under commercial general liability and individual insurance policies. His workers' compensation practice includes defense of workers' compensation claims for insurers and self-insured entities throughout West Tennessee. Mr. Mansfield is a member of the Firm's Employment Law Group, and he regularly advises corporate clients with regard to employment law matters in addition to serving as Editor of the Firm's Semi-Annual Employment Law Newsletter.

Mr. Mansfield authored the Tennessee chapter in DRI's publication "Uninsured Motorist and Underinsured Motorist Coverage:  A Compendium of State Law" (2007 ed.) and the Kentucky chapter in DRI's publication "Unfair Insurance Practices:  A Compendium of State Law" (2008 ed.).

Mr. Mansfield is currently a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association (Past President of Young Lawyers Division), the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, as well as the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute.  He also coaches 3-4 year old Dixie Youth tee-ball, 8 and under Dixie Youth softball, and 5 and under youth soccer.

Certifications of Specialization are available to Tennessee lawyers in all areas of practice relating to or included in the areas of Civil Trial, Criminal Trial, Business Bankruptcy, Consumer Bankruptcy, Creditor’s Rights, Medical Malpractice, Legal Malpractice, Accounting Malpractice, Elder Law, Estate Planning and Family Law.
