Ms. Petrinjak practices in the areas of business and commercial law, transactional healthcare law, intellectual property, and estate planning. Ms. Petrinjak is a member of the Firm’s Business Law Practice Group and the Firm’s Malpractice and Healthcare Group. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Petrinjak worked as a financial planner/staff attorney for the AYCO Company.

Ms. Petrinjak is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association (President, Young Lawyers Division) and the Tennessee Bar Association. She also serves on the Freed Hardeman University Estate Planning Council.

Ms. Petrinjak was admitted to practice in 2003 by the Supreme Court of Tennessee. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Tennessee (Western District).
