Ms. Petrinjak is an Associate with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and has been associated with the Firm since 2003. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2001.

Ms. Petrinjak focuses her practice in the areas of transactional healthcare law and business and commercial law. Ms. Petrinjak is a member of the Firm’s Healthcare Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Petrinjak worked as a financial planner/staff attorney for the AYCO Company.

Ms. Petrinjak is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association. 

Ms. Petrinjak was admitted to practice in 2003 by the Supreme Court of Tennessee. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Tennessee (Western District).
