Mr. Rogers has experience representing hospitals, clinics, physicians, and nurses in medical malpractice actions and representing healthcare professionals and hospitals in a variety of healthcare related litigation. In addition, Mr. Rogers has experience litigating personal injury and property damage cases and defending governmental entities. Mr. Rogers is a member of the Firm’s Malpractice Practice Group.

Mr. Rogers is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.

He was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Tennessee in 1994. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Tennessee (Western District) and the Sixth United States Court of Appeals.
