Mr. Whitt is an Associate with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and has been associated with the Firm since receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of South Carolina School of Law. 

Mr. Whitt's practice focuses primarily in the areas of insurance defense and commercial litigation.  He is a member of the Firm's Business Law Practice Group and the Tort and Insurance Practice Group.

Mr. Whitt received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Union University and his law degree (cum laude) from the University of South Carolina School of Law.  During law school, Mr. Whitt served as staff law clerk to the South Carolina House of Representatives assisting the Labor Commerce & Industry Committee in legislation related to real estate, public utilities, and banking/consumer affairs.  Additionally, he received the CALI award for Public Policy and the Political Process. 

Mr. Whitt is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.
