Mr. Binkley is a Member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and joined the Firm in 1986 after receiving his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. Binkley is a graduate of The University of the South (magna cum laude) in 1981.

Mr. Binkley has over twenty years of experience representing employers in the areas of workers’ compensation, employment law, tort, and insurance. Mr. Binkley assists and advises employers in investigations and litigation and regularly counsels private and public employers in the areas of compliance with Title VII, FMLA, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, THRA, and other state and federal employment related laws. In addition, he has extensive experience in personal injury litigation and speaks/lectures on employment law topics. Mr. Binkley is a member of the Firm’s Employment Law Practice Group and the Tort and Insurance Practice Group.

Mr. Binkley has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America
®. He is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s trial advocacy skills program and was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Tennessee in 1986. Mr. Binkley is also admitted to practice in the United States District of Tennessee (Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts) and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mr. Binkley is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, and Defense Research Institute. He is also a member of the litigation and labor and employment sections of the Tennessee Bar Association.
