Mr. Reviere is a Member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and has been associated with the Firm since receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1980 from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. In law school, Mr. Reviere was the Associate Editor of the law review and received the Phi Delta Phi Scholarship Award. Mr. Reviere is also a Diplomate of the Court Practice Institute.

Mr. Reviere's practice involves handling cases dealing with bad faith and insurance fraud in first party claims, insurance coverage, defense of professional liability claims and complex litigation in both state and federal courts. He frequently speaks/lectures at professional continuing legal education programs in these areas as well as on trial practice tactics and strategies. Mr. Reviere has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America
® in the specialty of Insurance Law.

Mr. Reviere is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. In addition, he is certified as a Mediator by the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Mr. Reviere is a member of the Firm’s Tort and Insurance Practice Group.

Mr. Reviere is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, the Memphis Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the International Association of Defense Counsel, the International Association of Arson Investigators, and is a member and former member of the board of the Tennessee Advisory Committee on Arson. Mr. Reviere has served as president of the University of Memphis Law School Alumni Association and as a board member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association.

Mr. Reviere was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Tennessee in 1980. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Tennessee (Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts) and the Sixth United States Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio.
