Mr. Barnes is an Associate with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and has been associated with the Firm since receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law. 

Mr. Barnes' practice focuses primarily in the areas of worker's compensation and general insurance defense.  He is a member of the Firm's Employment Law Practice Group and the Tort and Insurance Practice Group. 

Mr. Barnes received his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University and obtained his law degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.  While in law school, Mr. Barnes received the CALI Award in the Child Advocacy Clinic and Commercial Paper. 

Mr. Barnes currently serves as Vice-President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.
