Mr. Wehner is a Member of Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C., and has been associated with the Firm since 1996. Mr. Wehner received his Doctor of Jurisprudence, with honors, in 1992 from the University of Tennessee College of Law. In law school, Mr. Wehner served on the University of Tennessee Law Review and was selected to be a member of the Order of Coif.

Mr. Wehner has significant experience representing physicians, hospitals, clinics, nurses, and other health-care professionals in medical malpractice litigation. He represents healthcare providers being audited by Medicare and Medicaid. He also has significant experience representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation actions. Mr. Wehner has experience in commercial litigation, products liability, premises liability, and general civil litigation. Mr. Wehner is a member of the Firm’s  Malpractice and Healthcare Practice Group. 

Mr. Wehner is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute. He is a graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel’s Trial Academy.

Mr. Wehner was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Tennessee in 1992. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Tennessee (Western District) and the Supreme Court of the United States.
