Mr. Wehner has significant experience representing physicians, dentists, hospitals, clinics, physician's assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other health-care professionals in malpractice litigation. He represents healthcare providers being audited by Medicare and Medicaid. He also has significant experience representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation actions. Mr. Wehner has experience in commercial litigation, products liability, premises liability, and general civil litigation. Mr. Wehner is a member of the Firm’s Malpractice Practice Group. 

Mr. Wehner is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute. He is a graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel’s Trial Academy.

Mr. Wehner was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Tennessee in 1992. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Tennessee (Western District) and the Supreme Court of the United States.
